1. Find the product
Kakobuy doesn't list products itself, so you start with a link. The fastest path is this spreadsheet — every find already has a working Kakobuy link. Outside of that, links get shared on Reddit, Discord and Yupoo.
2. Load the link on Kakobuy
Click Buy → here, or paste any Taobao / Weidian / 1688 link into the Kakobuy search bar. Kakobuy builds the product page automatically.
3. Pick size, colour and version
Sizing is generally true to size — still glance at the size chart if you're between sizes, and leave a note with your measurements for the agent if you want to be sure. Many items come in different batches that vary in quality.
4. Check QC photos
Once the item is in the warehouse, Kakobuy uploads QC photos of your exact unit. Inspect stitching, materials and colour. This is your last checkpoint before international shipping.
5. Estimate the cost
Use the shipping estimator to see weight, dimensions and available lines. Removing bulky packaging or choosing a slower line can drop the total.
6. Place the order
Add to cart, check out, enter your details and pay. If PayPal isn't available, top up your Kakobuy balance and pay from stored funds.
7. Track the order stages
Your order moves through: Process Pending → Purchased → Seller Sent → Warehouse Received. Once it's Warehouse Received, QC photos appear.
8. Approve and choose shipping
Happy with the QC? Approve the item, then pick a shipping line based on speed, cost and reliability.
9. Receive your parcel
Kakobuy packs and ships to your address and gives you a tracking number. Delivery time depends on the line you picked.
